Default Head gone again ?

Hi a 04 1.8t with the head having been done twice in the past but now using coolant again with slight Mayo on the oil cap. Car is perfect and in vgc apart from this. Any help to confirm?

Give her a thrash at motorway speed - leave over night - expansion cap off - if you get a clear sound of escaping gas then it points to HGF as there should be no pressure in a cold system - so pointing to exhaust gas in the coolant system- at same time sniff the tank for exhaust fumes .
