My wife sent off the rebate form for her 400D about 3 weeks ago and received an email this week to say it was being processed.

She decided she wanted one after comparing her holiday photos with mine.
It is nice sharing a hobby so we can learn settings etc together and we can look in different directions and get both of the shots.

Here is one she took at Wisley. She has the Sigma 18-200 OS lens.

I tried the previously posted phone number but it doesn't work. Going to try once more by email but doesn't look promising as i cant even get a reply by email from them - 4 months and still nothing

When i sent the info to Ireland i didn't get any referance numbers that i can quote, I have submitted the form for no reference number before but will try again. I also picked up a cashback leaflet today with a phone number on to try. i know it is getting silly over £50 but i spent around £600 with Canon and am annoyed that they won't even acknowledge me with an email.

I submitted a new claim a couple of weeks back for a 580EX II and 24-70 f2.8 L. I sent the claim in "International Signed for" which the tracking number confirms they recieved it on the 23rd December.

The last phone number I posted was the one you call if you are in the ROI - sorry. You need this one:

08705 143 723

Found the geographical number, rather than pay 0870 rates >>> 020 87314100

Hope it helps
