Default Xenon headlight adjusters

Is there a way to refurbish the xenon headlight adjusters? 3D print new arms maybe?

Also how many should I have under the car? One at front and one at back?

Or is it a case of, get new ones?

I recall a thread that mentions these arms as a separate part in BMW's spares listing are are readily available to fit on the 75/ZT.

One earlier models, there is one sensor on the front offside and rear offside suspension arms. Later models only have one (different) sensor at the rear.

Ah here it is, just in time: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=99178

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

T-Cut provided you with a link, above /\ , but.....

[QUOTE=T16;865754]So..

If your Xenon arms are seized/corroded, just buy new ones, they are cheap and readily available.

£4 each and the BMW part number is 37146752797 [QUOTE]

The originals were not stainless and if they are well greased they don't really need to be.
