A very rare beast, I think they only sold a few hundred in the UK. Go like a scalded cat but when they go wrong are often not repaired due to the cost of repair, £14k for a transfer box for example

most private plates mean nothing except to the owners. A mate had
B4 URR ????
Years ago a mate had AUD 124V = AUDI 24V
I have seen I think ?YE 521T = ? YES 2 IT
companies that have their company vehicle's with the letters of the company as part of the reg look good but useless on a non liveried vehicle.

Myself, daughter and wife could have private plates with our names on but our son would have to have his initials or his second name.
I like plates that spell something or can easily be seen to mean something,

B4 URR means nowt to anyone unless they are trying to work out what it means else its just another registration number.

Draw back with private plate, annoy someone and they will remember you

Just checked on MOT site and remarkably it's still going strong nearly 9 years since I spotted it.

A company in Bristol do transfer box rebuilds for £1500, similar unit to a Touareg.
