Rear tweeters not working..?

pretty sure my ZT190+ rear tweeters are not working at all. Has anybody else got the same problem?

I presume there actually are tweeters fitted behind the little speaker covers?

The front speakers work great. Not sure why some people say the standard sound system is rubbish? Or at least it sounds good with my newer kenwood head unit anyway.

Also.. the rear door base drivers sound a little tired. But could just be more noticeable because the rear tweeters aren't functioning.

Anyway,.. with my ear right up to the rear tweeters, i cant hear anything.

Is this a common problem? do they blow? or maybe the wires become disconnected, or a damaged resister maybe?

Anybody with experience of this ?

Most cars don't have them

Pop the covers off & have a look, but I doubt there's anything behind

Not all models had rear tweeters you need the door cards off to see.

Hummm... my suspicions might be correct then!

Seems a bit naughty to me, not have tweeters , where tweeters should be.

I've put Harmon Kardon tweeters in my fronts, who cares about the rear, no-one sits there

I've got a set of Harmon Kardon speakers yet to fit, but when I do I'll transfer the existing front tweeters to the rear.

Are the H/K speakers not inclusive of a rear set of tweeters ?

Lol.. Had a full car at the weekend. 1 in the front 3 in the rear

Seats are now covered in glitter from sparkly skirts.

Its a hard life keeping a car clean.. Gotta say.

You do get Harmon Kardon rear tweeters. Not easy to find I would think
