Default Winter wheel swap

Hi all. After selling my 2002 skoda fabia 1.9tdi, I kept the 15” winter wheels and tyres.
Looking on wheel-size.com it looks the the offset is different et43 where the rover is et50 and the centre bore size on the fabia is 57.1 where the rover is 56.1 (I guess I’d need a collar of some description?)
Am I able to fit these wheels to my rover, also does anyone out there have 15” rover wheels that I can fit my winter tyres to if the fabia wheels will not fit.

Thanks for any advice.
Eddie
Ps, my rover is a 2004 mk1 cdti with 215/55r16’s currently fitted.
