Morning all, sunny today, not sure about temperature yet. Barber opens at 8 so going to go and get a haircut hopefully.
Andy,as you have such a short visit this weekend and I’m not sure of my movements re getting mum from hospital, we will wait until your next trip up for a catch up.

Morning all, morning Richard thanks for mustard information and for the update about your mum, she is improving. So you might have time to get a haircut today, very nice for you Richard, a treat

I have a question for a sprout master Because we don’t have a winter or any frosts, we have been unable to grow sprouts. Any suggestions?

Morning Phil - best suggestion I can offer is to offer up a prayer of thanks for NOT being able to grow sprouts

Morning all - these sunny, but still bitterly cold mornings are becoming a habit.
It feels even colder today - could be connected to the fact that the hairdresser scalped me (well, almost!) last night. I looked in the mirror this morning and didn't recognise myself - I'd forgotten I had ears

Depends on how much you want to grow them? A refrigeration unit would bring the temps down nicely (And be a nice place to cool off in your temps)

Well I've had my haircut & even sat opposite an old chap in full traditional kilt outfit with a Wiltshire accent £12 lighter but feels so much better.

Turkey casserole leftovers from yesterday for tea tonight. Going to be sub zero temps again overnight so I'll be covering them up again tonight., looks like it might be the last for a while, My seedlings thank the weather gods.

£12? I paid £7,50 this morning; send me the barber's name and address and I'll send a few heavies round to get him for you.
