What kind of geetar is it Rich? If you need any help with it (not the playing side, way better at working on them than playing them!) just ask. One thing I know about is electric guitars. If its a "basic" one you can improve them no end by upgrading, altering (and adding to) the internal electronics, even go as far as quality pickups. Upgrading the components to create a better sound might renew your enthusiasm.

Steve, it’s a Jim Deacon Stratocaster. I have had it for almost 23 years but I haven’t played it for along long time. I would never sell,it as it was a Xmas present from Fiona, I do intend at some stage to pick it up and start learning again. There has always been something that gets in the way though,I have been meaning to do,it for years.
