Morning everyone from sunny Saltash.
Lousy nights sleep, spent more time in the loo than bed. Made the fatal decision of having a couple of eggs with my chips for dinner. I generally try and avoid any dairy products, but............what was I thinking.

A belated good morning one and all - had a VERY long lie in this morning, after taking a couple of Paracetamol last night to ease the pain in my arm.
They must have knocked me out - didn't even wake up 'til nigh on 10.00am  It's a grey, cloudy morning, but at least the temperature has risen a few degrees. State Pension day today - might go on a spending spree
