Are those Denovo rims on the 1300, can you still get tyres for those?
I would love another 1300 if I had the space to keep one, the last one was an orange gt.

My dad had a cortina mk3 GXL estate in a fetching metallic copper colour, I can remember burning the back of my legs on the vinyl seats in the summer!

The alloys on my Austin 1100 are Dunlop D1's, which you can still get tyres for luckily. It's also running a period Alexander tuning head, but it's not exactly quick!

Some nice toys you've all got to play with.

Here's mine

I've got a fully restored SD1 Vitesse 1985 and a 1974 Vanden Plas Princess 1300 automatic. I've also got a 1950's Raleigh Rudge Wentworth which I used to cycle around in before my old knees just got too bad.

I love the Cortina for obvious reasons, Purple Velvet was a stunning Colour for the MK3, I'm back on my restoration now and hope to get it done inside of two years, yours must be one of the last with underiders. I've been very lucky with some of my finds, even a brand new Ford headlining awaits the painted shell. I also love the ZT but not the tractor, each to their own!
