Dashboard Help!
The LED light screen which shows speed limit, average speed, range, etc on my 75 is faulty and has lines through it. So it’s hard to read.
For that part alone, it costs over £120. But I could buy the whole NEW binnacle for £24. Would this be okay? the only problem is it would reset my miles. However I’m very close to 100,000, so as soon as I hit that I could change it over and add the miles on to keep the recorded. So for MOTs they’d know just to add 100,000. Hi Adam. You are referring to the IPL with trip counter, i doubt very much you can purchase a new one for £24 if you can then please let us all know where from, they would sell out within seconds. I have a brand new IPK in my shed none trip which if i remember is for an MGZT. any replacement would need T4 to reinstate the IPK it also as to be brand new or a used virginised IPK check out Jamie https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...4&postcount=23

I don't think its as simple as just swop it over and add on the miles. I seem to recall reading that a few miles after a "swop" the mileage will read something like 999999.
Other than asking Rick Sta about his de-line service you could maybe go back to the low-line dash but that will still need someone who is clever with a T4 to make it work right. |

Rimmerbrothers are having a huge clear out and have sent a discount code to me today in the post. Loads of parts still new too, I’ve ordered 2 new rear lights and a seat cover. You have to have a special code to activate the discounts though so I don’t think everyone is going to get one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

[QUOTE][QUOTE=Adam2003;2833254]It would fit your car but it would not have the trip computer ie no MPG, MPH, Average mileage readout etc.
It would also need T4 to re-instate it, if you do purchase it, try and make the September Nano meet T4 will be present, well at least one Virtual T4 1 2 3 4

Ah okay that’s a shame. Thanks for telling me. Good price as well...🙁I know it’s not a necessity but it’s just nice to have. I was sent a thread of someone who was repairing them but I couldn’t see the original post, do you know who does repair them so they keep the MPG, averages, etc? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
