Question Jaguar S-Type seats swap

Hi, would it be possible to know in advance if Jaguar S-Type seats are compatible with my Rover 75 Saloon from 2002?

Don't know, but they will not be as comfortable. I have run both at the same time.

I agree, the seats in my Rover are better than the seats I had in my S type. The S type was top of of the range with many adjustments but were not as comfortable as the 5 Rovers I've had and I still run 2 of them.

Thanks for the opinion!
Also, should I bother getting a rover 75 leather seats? Are they as comfy as the cloth one which I currently have?

If you are looking for "Comfort" do what I did. I swapped the cloth seats in my 75 for Alcantra seats out of an MGZT.
Although the Alcantra seats are firmer the bolsters hold you in place

On a long run of say over 250 miles I find that I am less stiff when I get out of the car than I was with the original seats. But that is me.

If you want comfort, stick with the cloth seats, they are much better than leather ones.

I find them both very comfortable, but I do agree that the cloth ones are marginally more so.

I love the leather seats in my '75, and wouldn't dream of swapping them out, but I have to agree, the cloth seats are actually better in terms of comfort.

I would recommend a set of the contemporary model leather seats. The best and most comfortable for a R75 or ZT.

Not sure if they are readily available nowadays and most would need bolster repairs.
