Unlawful covid fines
Saw a video earlier that came up on my Facebook page of 4 pensioners sat on a bench at some seaside town eating ice creams, they got approached by 2 mindless thugs (police) and threatened with a covid fine each if they didn't desperce immediately, one of the pensioners said ' now you listen here sunny,if I'm gonna die soon it's gonna be on my terms, not yours' absolutely well done that man for standing up to these moron's...
unfortunately they all received a fine for doing so which is disgusting imho,I'm sorry but my moral compass would not allow me to do that to anyone, let alone an oap as they just say 'were only following orders' ,no wonder the police are loosing people's respect for them the way treat people recently, they lost mine ages ago and now I record any interaction I have with them as I know how underhanded they can be and lie there way into justifying there actions,I think people have chipped in for a solicitor to take on the case as that's just wrong and unlawful. |

That is not normally illegal but during Covid restrictions a group of four cannot socialise together.

I have to wonder though would you feel the same about 4 teenagers having a fag or can of beer, or going to a skate park?
Whether you agree with the restrictions or not, the fact they're OAP's and were eating ice cream shouldn't come in to it. |

As usual you are on your conspiracy theory theme. In your own words you watch 100's of videos . We have read your thoughts before, see - https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=310909 https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=308870 https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=310217 It has come such a joke that your last post the moderator moved it to the "Humour" section. |

So the two mindless thugs should choose which laws they enforce, and who they apply to then, yes? So would the age limit on the current restrictions be 65 then? So if one of the 4 had retired earlier than the others at 64 they would receive a fine? The Police are loosing respect because 'some people' think they should make up their own laws to suit themselves at any such time that they choose. |
