Door Card Trim

Hi all, has anyone replaced the fabric on the door cards? I've taken the door card off and managed to separate the trim panel, but I'm struggling to find a good match for the fabric.

i have all leather trim at home to be instaled on the 4 door ; door cars, armrest, handle...i only need time!
