aaaaaAAAAH! got it, thanks mate.
I know these as scuttle drains as once had a Ford Galaxy and suffered with the same problem with the blocked drains and the water coming into the footwells. YES! the passenger side It was blocked on mine, I noticed when I first test drove the vehicle.
