Default what did i see on wheeler dealers?

just watching an episode of Wheeler Dealers and they are doing up an Audi Quattro. They went to Quattro Corner a place that was run from a chaps home. It was not an Audi on the drive but looked like a Rover 75 on the drive, V6 or V8?

I work with a couple of guys who swear VAG are a byword for reliability - despite the amount of time and money they spend. Its weird.
Like anything, you get good ones and bad ones but VW spent an awful lot of money on "If only everything in life was a reliable as a Volkswagon" campaign whereas Honda just earned their reputation.

Love those occasional verbal exchanges...

No such thing as a bullet proof engine...ask my younger brother about his Honda engine.

I have purchased two NEW Hondas in the past. Both had good engines but only two wheels.

In the paddock, stood behind Mike Hailwood's Honda Six at Mallory Park's Race of the year back in 1964 when his mechanic started it up. Mike retired when leading due to rear tyre puncture. Giacomo Agostini won on his MV3. Fabulous stuff.

Still the most impressive Motor Sport engine I've ever seen driven or ridden in action. Here it is demonstrated by little Luigi Taveri ~ who ran over my foot that marvellous day on his works Honda 125 in the paddock.

What a visceral sound You can almost smell the Castrol R

Friend of mine, sadly dead now, used to race one of those (also the little 125).
