Sorry another quick question I'm afraid,
Just got round to putting the wiring loom in for the passenger side. Drivers side is already in place in the fuse box etc. To power the passenger side and for the passenger seat heater, do I need to splice into the wiring for the driver's side (Passenger loom spliced into the drivers loom before the fuse box for power). Thanks in advance Rob |

The passenger switch pack (for seat movement) is powered separately from fuse 53. It is independent of the driver's side. Quote:

Hi Simon thank you for the quick reply.
Thats made things much clearer now.. Luckily we have a tourer on an 04 Connie se so are able to copy bits from that. I've found the connector under the steering cowling. A block block connector on the left hand side behind the steering wheel. Two orange with white striped wires. One at the top and one at the bottom. If we copy this on the wife's classic se this should then be switched? We are then left with : Orange/ green stripe ( which fuse number should this be located? With our later style micro fuses?) Orange and yellow (which fuse number again?) Another orange yellow (as above really) Then smaller brown with pink Stripe (believe this goes to fuse 9) so will need to splice into an existing wire I believe as there is already something wired into fuse 9 (5amp) Thanks Rob |

It's okay, I've taken the fuse box out of the tourer and now know what colour wires go to where on the fuse box.
