Chromebook question
I'm in need of a new laptop, will a Chromebook be any good for use with my Olympus camera etc, it's all I ever used my W10 laptop for before it shot the bed.
I only ask because the price difference between a Windows 10 and a Google laptop is frankly massive! |

I’ve just posted up a thread asking for recommendations for replacing my iPad.
Will keep an eye on your thread too.😀

To my mind, the main issues are (1) you are limited to Google and Android apps and (b) they are not powerful machines, even the very expensive ones. If you just want to upload photos to Google Photos or Microsoft OneDrive, a Chromebook will probably be fine, but if you are keen on photo editing you will probably be better off with Windows or a Macbook. Don't forget there are a lot of firms out there selling refurbished Windows 10 laptops with warranties, so that's another option.
