Default Members subscription explanation please.

I have just had my reminder regarding membership subscription, on accessing subscription section I was faced with two figures of £10 or £14 for one years membership??
Why the two different subscription amounts, plus my last renewal was for 3 years ,2016 to 2019.I cannot find anywhere on the subscription page which gives me this option?

Would someone be good enough to explain the subscription for regular members usage? Thank you

It’s £10 or €14 for a year, other options are for Traders

I've never seen a 3 year option.
