JLR to be sold to the PSA group?

Just been reading Jaguar Landrover will be sold to the PSA group. I seen more mergers/take overs of the big car manufacturers soon as all of them are in line for major fines before 2021. The cost of R&D to develop/transition to BEV's would be enormous for one company alone. PSA were in talks to buy FCA (Fiat Chrysler automobiles) just recently but (FCA) have just done a deal with Tesla and reached a deal to pool their fleet together in Europe for the purpose of the latter avoiding emission requirement fines to the tune of $2billion for emission credits.
