Default Silliest bit of advice ever???????

So, as winter sets in, the Bugs come out to play.

Norovirus is a bug that is quite aggressive, causing severe Vomiting and Diaorreah..........My Son, Step Daughter and Wife have been very ill over the last week with this and sadly, looks like I may be in the throes of it now

To give you an idea of how gross and aggressive this Virus is, My Stepdaughter was sitting on the Toilet with her head in the Sink (Work it out ), Poor Kid.

My Wife was in the Bathroom for 2 Hours solid last night

However, In true British NHS Style............Their advice (According to report on Radio this evening)??

" those affected have been warned to stay at home "

Ahem..........Its not like you can actually go anywhere else !!

Perhaps they should make that to "Camp within 5 yards of the Bathroom and stock up on Air Fresheners" !!!

My wife had this for 2 days, she spent a long time in the bathroom and couldn't eat for the 2 days.

Fun new years eve.

Hope you all get better quick.

Apparently it was on the news tonight stating that it is widespread and under no circumstances go back to work for at least 48 hours after you start to feel ok. not a pleasent thing to catch by all accounts.

Thanks Kandyman I hope your wife is much better now.

My Son was worst off, as he already had a Stomach Bug when he got this one, so he was quite poorly, and that was 2 days before Christmas, my Stepdaughter had it just after Christmas and my Wife is on her Third day with it

After watching all three of them being ill, I would not wish this on anyone, it is very horrible and my Stepdaughter lost weight through the illness too, which is unpleasant as she was already a Skinny bit

Raggity - I heard / Read it is spreading at the approx rate of 100,000 People a week !!!

They've got this bug on the new cruise liner 'Victoria' (Launched by Camilla the Hun just before Christmas, and no, the champagne bottle didn't break). Loved the picture in the press of 4 cabin crew dressed in white plastic cover-all suits and masks helping one poor sick passenger out of the dining room whilst the other passengers looked on aghast!

A number of hospital wards have been closed because of it too.

Luckily I have escaped this so far. Is it just me or do new and " badder " viruses appear every year - getting the " normal " flu is no longer possible it seems ?

My wife spent two days in the bath room once, but I had to unlock it and let her out in the end................................
