Although i wouldn't know what the normal noise way. Sounded OK to me. But my Mondeo has had some abuse this year.

Need someone that knows these cars inside out.

Thanks Robbie, How good are you with the 75's? I know at this age and price range its a bit of blind faith. But the more eyes and hands i can get to point of what might be a future issue the better.

How much is a clutch/DMF on these?
Do you really want to know? 😊 the bill for mine including both cylinders (wouldn't do the job without doing the clutch/dmf) £900 smackaroonies! I wasnt very involved with the forum at that point so what I know now and had to do it again 😨 I'd use Andy Willi which would be possibly a fair bit cheaper and this guy is the jedi of clutch replacement on our cars

I have a 2004 MK3 Mondeo Estate. Its massive compared to the 75.

Floor from tailgate to base of the back seat is 44", to the back of the drivers seat is 78".

There seemed to be less rear leg room in the 75 with my drivers seat position how i would normally have it.

Probably not a lot in it, But the Mondeo does seem roomier and less cluttered.

So much to learn...

Thanks Robbie. Know anyone local to that area? I think i need someone with a mine of knowledge as its my 1st Venture with one of these.

Off to have a look on howto retrofit the FBH. With no heated windscreen thats something i will want.

I feel cheeky asking, But i really dont want to buy a lemon. Wrong time of year.

All my bills are around this time of year. Just paid £180 tax on my car. xmas and then right after i have my insurance.

I need to see how much they will sting me for swapping. Or maybe buy it and stick it on my sisters drive until the insurance runs out. Then swap it over.
Losing 10 days worth of tax is probably a lot cheaper than the insurance charges.

Do you have a club scheme for insurance? I didnt see any threads in that.
