any body know or have a link to this pump or were to get a NEW one from cheers.

If there is no obvious damage to the old one you could try running it backwards by reversing the polarity of the supply. This has worked for me in the past where the pump impeller has managed to pull in some dirt causing it to jam. Running it backwards can throw out the dirt and free up the pump.
