Default LED sidelight bulbs that fit through the hole any recommendations ?

Just bought some LED can bus error free sidelight bulbs which would be great if they went through the hole, can anybody recommend any that actually fit ?
Thanks Vaughan

Just bought these and had the same problem

Shame, because they’re really bright and look good. They’re now in my MGF

These are the ones I bought, annoying because they were advertised as compatible, but I can use them on my motorcycles, there must be some that fit

I got mine from Halford & they actually fit & work. They have been in approx. a year with no issues.

I have fitted a few over the years, I have that to fit pre resistor fitted bulbs requires a strip down of the head lamp unit and I have only done this when installing angle eyes. If just fitting led bulbs was the task, I fitted standard LED bulbs then fitted the resistor/s outside the unit to fool the bulb check system. I have never managed to fit a Canbus bulb through the existing aperture from the outside.
Now sadly old age and arthritis mean striping down headlamp units even for myself is done by others as my fingers just don’t work well enough any more. I hate old age!

Vaughan,
I have just checked my new bulb catalogue ULTRA now make a T10 wedge whose dimensions WILL fit .
If you do a search on eBay for ultra canbus T10 wedge bulbs you should find them.
They will fit straight in where the current 501 bulbs are straight swap.
Resistor soldering days are over.
