Yes. That is the one. I have two or three from the past for the breakdown insurance. When you get breakdown insurance for travelling in Europe, the insurer sends you one with the policy.

Is this the form that we can down load to print and carry with us? http://www.optimumdrivinggroup.co.uk...ident_form.pdf.
Thanks Ian
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EACH PARTICIPANT !!!

Hi Ian,
Yès, that's the one, but I don't recommend this downloaded one. You need en "origanal" one. The original one, is a kind of document, consisting of 2 doubles. I explain : both persons, fill in 1 document, AND this is automaticly transcribed to the second one behind it. So that BOTH persons, are in possess of exactly the same document (it is special paper, which transcribes). Purpose of this document is to give it to it's own insurence company. You just fill in what happend ( the circumstances of the things wich happened) and you both sign the document. The insurance companies themselves will conclude who is in fault, and who in "in right". Never write, : I am in fault. You only describe the circumstances of the accident. BOTH documents have to be identical. So that's why you only use a form which is original, and which transcribes. Having filled in this document, you have an agreement on the circumstances, which is very important. IF YOU DESIRE, I can, through the hands of Ian, give you all each 1 of this original document. I will then send them by post (to postal address) to Ian, who can distribute them between the participating members in England. IMPORTANT TO KNOW : this is an european document, and it is being used all over in Europe. So you can need it also in France and Holland. Some details which to have be be filled in on the document, you may find them back on the green card.
Of course, ladies and gentmen, I hope you don't be involved in any accident. it is just serving, in case it happens. The back side of the docuement, you fill it in at home.
Note : I can supply this documents, being an independant insurance broker.
Best regards, to all of you.

Ian,
To save on the extra work and hassle, would it be easier to to keep the forms of those travelling on the shuttlle.

Hi Mate
Sorry my last post didn't read correctly.
What I mean is that Eric will send them all to me then I'll pass them on before we leave the UK.
