Default Can i tax a car with no Mot ??..

Simple question really can I tax a car with no MOT.. ?

Simple answer is No, unless it is over 40 years old and registered as an "Historic Vehicle".

But the insurance will most likely be void if you use the vehicle on a public road without tax or MOT

not so. advise insurance at time you insure it that no tax and mot. Also
a lot of insurance polices do not seem to be void if no mot, think of the fun police would have doing people for no mot and insurance.
