I'd like to tell the forum of my thanks to Pete for getting my pennies back from a former member who lets say charged for a service and didn't complete the deal at his end.
It's been going on since July without any joy of me getting a refund thru PayPal. Once Pete contacted me about my problem it was only a matter of weeks before Pete solved it and got me a refund. Arise Sir Pete you reserve it.
