i'm wondering how well the puncture proof ones roll over stones gravel and slight steps.

Perhaps the second biggest problem with pneumatic is a quality inner tube that holds the air an does not just go flat all by its self

The only inner tubes available now, are poor quality sourced from the Far East.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

It's the mechanics of the tyre isn't it.--The solid one hits an object and has to lift the weight of the barrow a little.--The pump up one absorbs the bump and carries on moving at the same level.

Good old Mr Dunlop.---

I think the mechanism is that they not so much absorb the bump, but that they store the energy then release it (bounce), which helps you get over a bump more easily. Just like a tennis ball hits a hard surface and rather than absorbing the impact, they store, then release it bouncing back.

I agree. We are surprised that COLVERT used such loose language!
