Default Clutch Whine When Pedal Depressed

I have a whine on the clutch, but is only there when I depress the pedal. Assume it is the release bearing, even though the entire clutch system was only replaced 3 years ago. Does anyone recommend a garage to do this in the West Midlands as I am in Stourbridge. There used to be a place called T S Autos but can't find any information on them now.
