Default Driver's door won't open with key fob.

Quick query, the remote key fob used to operate all four doors but for a while now it hasn't operated the driver's door. It can still be opened with the key so it's not a major issue but is this a known issue and if so where is the fault likely to be? I'm guessing this would be an issue with the wiring loom at the door hinge?

You need a replacement door solenoid, they are a common failure.

As per the post above.

( I got ticked off for calling it a solenoid.--It seems it's an electric motor. )---
