I drive a lot of keyless entry cars and find them extremely good. Just keep the fob in your pocket. When you arrive at the car the car (manufacturer dependant) senses the fob in range and opens out the mirrors and puts on puddle lights, once you get to the car door you press the button so no fumbling with remotes when it’s dark and raining. Once in the car just press the button to start. Technology is there to make life easier.
Hyundai are currently looking into fingerprint technology.

That is no different to you losing the keys and someone picking them up.

They would have to know which car to take the fob to and try to open the door in order to get into the car. The fob has to be within about 6 feet of the car.

every time you unlock the car the mirrors fold out, every time you lock the car the mirrors fold in. I hope their gears are good cos I bet they are expensive to replace. Always helpful the mirrors folding out when I unlock the car to get something out, why I'd want them to fold out when all I'm doing is getting something from the car is beyond me.

once in the car what, difference does it make if its raining to push button or key ignition?

The new Qashqai doors can be unlocked as long as you have the smart remote on your person.

To start the Qashqai.
You must either keep the smart remote in your pocket or put it down on the dashboard somewhere. You then must put your foot on the clutch pedal, and then press the start/stop button.

... and then.

You must put your foot on the brake pedal and press the electronic handbrake button, this then releases the handbrake (this is on a manual).

Absolutely none, keyless entry and push button start are usually the same package.

I remember that too, on one of my old Minis, the ironically registered MOT462F.

Oooo what a monster eh! I bought a used cbx moto martin in the late 80's, had some fun on that (fun meaning sheer terror lol)
Always thought the frame was made from liquorice, it would flex so much when pushing hard I could literally feel it. PX it for a brand new Blade in 94.
Wish I had it now .... or either tbh.
