Or how about the Teeter-Totter type: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_NJ1iok3AE
Bet that's a lot of fun first time!

EDIT: But tie the dog up.

Sounds a bit too risky to me.

The neatest one I ever saw was the air jack used by Event Tyres vans. It was about 15" diameter, yellow, 3 vertical sections I think. An extremely tough piece of kit. One of them lifted the whole side of my 75 in 3 or 4 seconds.
Some of them look very risky, although, the ones I saw first did have a purpose, a tipper trailer!!!! (although I saw a few different ones at the time, and mistakenly recalled the ones in the link below being used on a car.

Link below is home made, and especially when the car first moves

Commercially available option HERE

and the commercially available jack lifts as shown in the first video HERE (quite like the idea of these) (HOME MADE VARIANTS)

These look pretty good (assuming the safety locks are 100% safe) - https://www.quickjacklift.co.uk/ - the 5,000lb version probably the best option (scroll down to spec table).
