If she is running fine - no misfires/ not sluggish - would start with a failing/faulty Lambda sensor

Rather than guessing have a word with BigRuss. He's only an hour away in Liversedge. Top guy, makes a mean cup of tea as well

Would a kn panel filter make a difference also po300 is showing

Above is the way to go - however a PO 300 to me would point to a failing catalytic converter which would also generate a running rich fault code.
