'02 Conn se tourer Reverse sensors
Having just read through all the other threads on the subject I still need to ask a couple of questions:
When reverse selected my sensors go into melt down. They beep when nothing there, there is a continuous tone for a while, they'll then go into random beep mode for no reason, then momentarily work properly when nearing an object. Very frustrating!!!!!! 1. My sensors appear to be "bubbling" under the paint as if starting to corrode. Will this affect the sensors? 2. Can they be rubbed down without affecting them? 3. Is it more likely to be a wiring problem? 4. Has anyone got any spares colour coded to "moonstone silver"? |

The bubbling is causing the erratic behaviour. You need to remove it. A wiring break would cause a 4-second beep on selection or reverse then no sound at all.
Moonstone is usually described as green (though I am personally growing more silver). Cans and pencils can be obtained from dealers or mixed elsewhere e.g. Halfords. |
