Default No Hot Air

is there anyone in the west sussex area who could sort out the heating or lack of it on my zt-t 2004 1.8t.
have been advised that it could be the matrix, only blowing cold air on the passenger side but working fine on the drivers side.
not to confident at doing it myself, need someone who will treat my car with respect unlike most garages around here.

It sounds like it (the heater matrix) may be silted up, but it's very quick for a 2004 to be affected. The use of OAT antifreeze should have prevented this, so maybe there's another factor. An air lock perhaps?
