These men are installing bollards to stop cars parking on the pavement outside a sports bar.
They are cleaning up at the end of the day. How long do you think it will be before they realize?

No idea. The original quote said it was outside an Irish Sports Bar, so I removed the word "Irish" to prevent upsetting any Irish Members, as it could have been taken as a rather poor "Irish" Joke.
