Given what they cost m8 I'd say you'll be better off to talk to jules about one of his revotek kits

You'd be better off fitting a later 2 speed fan or fit a new 16" fan that freely available on e-bay. Older 3 speed fans must now be well past their best.

As Chris said the Revotec fans are far superior to the OEM 3-speed fans and anything on eBay IMHO.

Correct, as long as it is from a diesel and worthwhile upgrading to the gold resistor whilst you have it off

Talking of fans, I have a problem with mine 04' 75 CDTi
It doesn't matter what the air temperature is the fan is often coming on. In fact when cold first thing in the morning, when I drive the 50yds from my garage down my drive and stop to open the gates, the fan comes on for a few moments. If I leave the car stationary with engine running and go inside because I forgot my wallet as usual, I hear the fan repeatedly coming on and off. Steve. |
