has anyone got a older 3 speed fan for cdti in good condition for sale

Given what they cost m8 I'd say you'll be better off to talk to jules about one of his revotek kits
It'll last far longer too

You'd be better off fitting a later 2 speed fan or fit a new 16" fan that freely available on e-bay. Older 3 speed fans must now be well past their best.

As Chris said the Revotec fans are far superior to the OEM 3-speed fans and anything on eBay IMHO.
Check out Jules' thread on this in his forum shop.

Thanks for the replys I believe the later 2 speed fan with resister is plug and play could someone confirm that please

Correct, as long as it is from a diesel and worthwhile upgrading to the gold resistor whilst you have it off

Talking of fans, I have a problem with mine 04' 75 CDTi
It doesn't matter what the air temperature is the fan is often coming on. In fact when cold first thing in the morning, when I drive the 50yds from my garage down my drive and stop to open the gates, the fan comes on for a few moments. If I leave the car stationary with engine running and go inside because I forgot my wallet as usual, I hear the fan repeatedly coming on and off.
