The 385 was to be next after the 260. MGR's production was to expand just as they went toes up. A couple of supercharged V8's where produced by April 05.

In another world.....................

MGR pulled it off and by March 2007 the mk3 was just about to be released running with a 32v S/C ali mustang unit called the MG ZT550 with the full body kit on 275 rears and 245 fronts. Specials had been released during 2006, road legal DTM replicas costing £40,000.

Hoe hum.....

I thought the 32v wasn't used because it would've ment modifying the innerwings? (a big mistake IMHO as it's a much superior engine).

In the perfect world.....
the mk3 evolved into a 4wd V8 supercharged 550bhp monster*, destroying Audi RS4's RS6's and of course the M5 from the Bl@@dyMuni*hW@n@er's.....

*: My dream car if fitted with LPG

Been off the road for nearly three years!

Take it from the DVLA that it did not sell.
