Trade Plates
Just curious, what do they cost? where do the come from etc?
I assume the cost is a sliding scale depending on how many cars they might be used on Not much info on the DVLA site about it |

A good place to start is the Office of Public Sector Information at www.opsi.gov.uk and search 'trade plates'.

Keith , its 10yrs since I retired from the motor trade but at that time they were about £100 p.a. after the initial purchase , they have a renewable disc in the triangle on the front plate . In use they are very restricted , in the old days there were plates with a square part at the front with which you could use for everything .

If I remember, I'll look on the disc on our set in the morning, £155 rings a bell.
