Traders
I have not read all the posts 7 pages is long.....
In my opinion traders on forums can be a good thing, depending on what they are offering. Real discounts to members is good, but fleecing is not good. Ebay has changed things for everybody as first stop for many is ebay for a price. As I am not yet a trader unsure how it works but on some other forums (MGZR) you have to pay a fee to be a private trader £10 a year or vat registered company from £60 As a private trader the purchase leaves feedback, all items have to have a photo etc. This works well and avoids any disputes and gives confidence to buyers. Clearly its against club rules but allowing a link to traders ebay shops may be a pocibility, ok for the seller it costs you money to list but it has good rules and paypal offers secure payment. |

How would an owner's club survive without traders?
Where would you get your parts from to keep these Cars on the road!

We do need the traders, otherwise we stand to get sold a pup at the local scrappy, get ripped orf on ebay, or pay through the nose at a main dealerships..
"Traders rule" innit.. ... |
