I asked a simple question. Never thought you would behave like a bunch of kids.
I can see now why I didn't fit in at these meets I have stopped going to. |

Clyde decided to sell Wurzel. He posted an ad and he posted a thread. Some members of the posteratti were less than kind about the asking price. Some were kind, but also thought it was over-priced. Clyde took the price knocking well but when people started telling him he had overpaid for his servicing and questioning why he was buying new tyres so regularly.
After several arguments Clyde threw a fit, cancelled his ad, and left the club. Since then, some members of the posteratti have continued to post threads about the car and have digs about the asking price. Others have politely expressed the same sentiments. Others still have just said its a really well looked after example and hoped Clyde gets a price he's happy with. Faults on all sides. Clyde shouldnt have stropped off. People shouldnt tell people they've been screwed on service bills they've already paid, but people should be able to say that you cant expect to get your money back if you plough thousands into a diesel estate thats done over 100k without the baby needing to be chucked out with the bath water. |
