Question kids today ???????????????????

when you see a group of youths hanging about, what the first thing you think or say to your self.

mine is "Pull your BLEEP-ing pants up"

also "eyes off the car pal or your scratch the paint"

I think they are all trying to -catch- the next mohamed (did I really put that.......)
Also reminds me to switch the inverter on in the car (12 to 110 to the chassi)

The last group of youths I saw hanging about were taking a well earned break during clearing litter from some common land as part of their school Civics lessons during their lunch break.

My first thought was:- "Well done guys, you've achieved some terrific work"

Good on em As usual, you can´t tar everyone with the same brush. (we used to call it -area cleaning- This was when I was in Junior Para Coy in Aldershot.... just prior to the Boer War)

Me too, this afternoon, students in one area and adults and kids in another. They've done a terrific job too.

So, automatic prejudice against young people is ok then?

Not sure that is going to go down well with our younger members....

Hold on I´ll ask my old CSM (sergent major)

The -old-er generation has always knocked the younger. They did when I was young anyway
