My apologies Jay for missing your posts. It's wonderful news that your mum was given the chemo treatment. I am hoping she does well and gets better very soon.

Don't know how I missed this Jay!

Hopefully your mum is over the worst of it now and can concentrate on getting back to full fitness. She certainly looks very spritely in the video, hope I'm half as good at that age!

Thank you Phil. She is doing well. She now has to keep active which she always is. Only on a cycling machine and hip exercises and other types of activity to spur on the red blood cells again into the pelvic area.

Thank you Anna. My mother was 65 in that clip (now coming up to 67)
I got told off by a girlfriend once when I was younger for walking down the road with in her words 'a dark haired floozy'. I scratched my head to wonder what she was on about until I realised and told her it was my mother
