Good Morning everyone from a very white and frosty Norwich,it is very old out there this morning,Georgie did not care she still had me out there,it was very crisp especially on the playing fields,grass was white with frost.

Mrs w44nty getting a bit better,she actually got out of bed yesterday,had some dinner(first food for 2 days)and watched a bit of TV,so let hope she is on the mend.

Glad you had a good meet yesterday Jeff,I shall have to check out how long the run is from here,itwould be nice to pay a visit to the Half way meet one Sunday.
