Hi Kevin

Your old Tourer is even closer in registration plate than Anna's new car. I would think they definitely came from the same dealer being that close.

Is there any way of finding these things out?

I can't comment about the dealer, but comparing the VIN numbers of the three cars in question, Kevin's old tourer was built first, then 1,793 cars later off the assembly line came Anna's, then yours rolled off 154 cars after hers.

So there was a gap of about a week between Kevin's and your's & Anna's, but because they produced approx 345 75/ZTs a day, your Silver 75 and Anna's White Gold were definately completed at Longbridge ON THE SAME DAY

It is rather freaky isn't it?

Two cars, built on the same day, with almost identical spec, both registered in Ipswich in Feb 04, end up within 4 or 5 miles of each other in Scotland and owned by two members of this Club!!

Having a bit of trouble finding a touchup kit though. Halfrauds seem to stock every other Rover colour except Steel Blue.

If you copy and paste the "BB Code" slot from the Image Gallery into a post you should get a full-size image appear:

For example, if you copy-and-past this:
[img]https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/imagehosting/628049c1750d4bc72.jpg[/img]

into your post, your image will be full-size.

Full-instructions and information can be found in this thread here: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ead.php?t=5899
