Intall an Erisin Android radio
Hello, and first best wishes for this new year.
I bought a second Rover 75. This is a CDT made in 2021. Pack luxe. The actual radio made by Alpina doesn't work. So I bought a new android one made by Erisin. The problem when I removed the old one I could only find a blue and an white connector. My Erisin came with two wires one labeled BMW a and BMW b. This radio is said as fully compatible with a rover 75. What can I do? I don't even found the antenna connector Thanks for any help. |

You might need a BMW to ISO connector, like this

The Blue and white connectors are not for the stereo, they are for the monitor from the navigation/audio/video system modules in the boot.
The audio loom connects to the main car loom via a 17 pin BMW connector at the back of the centre console, behind the ashtray unit. A BMW to ISO adapter lead like the one shown in post 2 will help from there, but many only have only 13 cables. The missing ones are the 2 for the steering wheel controls (which can be added) and 1 for the phone mute input. The aerial lead will need extending from the audio module position in the boot.
