Default What do people use to replace Tourer roof bar gaskets?

Some while ago I removed the roof bars because I thought it looked, well ... smoother . . . and would reduce wind resistance. However, I've now decided it looks better with them back. (I know, leave well alone). Sadly I've found that the seating gaskets that the bars sit on have either perished or disappeared. As they no longer seem to be available, I will have to find some rubber sheeting to make up new ones. Ideas most welcome. Thanks.
Dave.

(Just found this: anyone tried it?)
