Default Codename R40 Documentary Disc release

Just thought I would rejoin to proudly state that Codename R40 The Story of the 75 and MG ZT is now finished and on sale in DVD or Blu-Ray.

I’ve been beavering away with John Clancy for almost two years on this project. Needless to say, the end result is quite special in our opinion. Have to say We’ve both been knocked down and chuffed at the overwhelming response and support from all those, including you guys who stepped forward to contribute. Thanks to you all from the very bottom of our hearts.

Here’s a link to the full sp...

Finished watching it this evening and really enjoyed it.

Won't say too much, plenty of members cars and a couple of interviews .

My copy arrived yesterday, have watched it end to end. Great collation of the available and new material together with very interesting interviews with those that were there!

Even managed to spot myself and my own Tourer amongst the clips

Thumbs up The Ultimate Rover 75 Documentary

This is a truly epic work, spanning two discs with first hand interviews with the key people involved with the inception, design, and production process of Rover 75.

John Clancy the director and Mike Humble the presenter have been working on this for the past two years and I can say hand on heart that in my humble opinion it is THE definitive work on the history of the car we all love.

As well as the main feature, on disc two you'll find the extended interviews filmed at the home of Peter Morgan project manager of R40, discussions that were wonderful to be a part of from my own point of view as I represented the club and brought along OVP the club's Classic 1.8 saloon.

Also on disc two you'll find a special feature recorded at The Pride Of Longbridge and at our Club National Meet at The Fleet Air Arm, where many member's cars were filmed and interviews to camera taken from the likes of Bluejon, Eric Druyts, and LimoRog as well as scoubix from Paris.

It's definitely worth investing in
