Fan blade off
Thanks guys thats very informative...
So the question is do I take the whole of the front bumber off to get the fan back on. Bill |

Yes take the front bumper off, then remove the crash bar this will give you full free access to fit the blades back on, you will also need a thin walled 15mm socket on a small extension bar to to hold the main nut after you have offered up the fan blade, this is so you can turn the nut one way while you turn the blades the opposite way. Once fitted back into place drill two 3mm holes in the right place, then add two self tapping screws to hold the blades on for the future. 1 2 3 At the same time do the demist test to make sure the fan is working on the slow speed, and check if it a three speed fan or a tow speed fan with silver or gold resistor. Bill hopefully you will know how to remove the bumper ? if not let us know and we can pop up some photos for you, same with the crash bar.
