Brilliant!! Let’s get as many people to sign it as possible. I have and am forwarding it to friends and family.

On the BBC News website today, Paula Vennells has resigned from her positions on the board of Morrisons and Dunelm. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-56882496

On Sky News as well.

From Sky News :-

“One boardroom colleague said ‘She has been a diligent and effective director, but there is no way for her to stay on after the ruling - and its hard to see how she will ever be able to work again.’ “

Must the same sentiment applied to the victims of this appalling scandal - and some pondered the real injustice of it from behind prison bars as well as not being able to work such that many lost their homes.

Not much chance of Paula Vennells suffering in the same way I would suggest

Something that seems to have been missed is what happened to all the money that some were putting into the till to make up the apparent differences? There was a lady on the news the other night that had used all her savings, borrowed from everybody she new and even remortgaged her house to make up the apparent missing money.

Something is odd with the counter on this Petition, every time I look at it the number starts at 11.790. I have done it 3 times now it is the same every time.

After the overturned convictions compensation will be the next step.

Indeed. Whats more worrying is that as a woman of "the cloth" she turned a blind eye to what was going on. And here's me thinking the C of E stood for social justice and fair treatment to employees. Sadly in this case she has fallen foul of this. Poor show and very dissappointing.
